(the problem)
Fitness goals rarely fail for lack of intent. They fail for lack of consistent action. People need reminders to work out, drink water, stretch, eat on time or take supplements, but generic to-do apps mix these with meetings and errands. Cluttered interfaces, alarm fatigue, high cognitive load and zero personalisation mean fitness reminders get ignored.

(Project process)
We interviewed fitness beginners and enthusiasts, mapped where reminders break down, and designed Habitt as a fitness-first companion rather than another to-do app. Health behaviours live in a dedicated, distraction-free space with personalised routines, hydration and supplement tracking, gentle motivation and a daily checklist that reduces decisions.

(final results)
Habitt rethinks reminders through the lens of fitness psychology. By removing clutter, reducing cognitive load and focusing only on health behaviours, the app helps users turn intention into sustainable habits, one reminder at a time.
